Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Panindigan Discord bot, this website, the Panindigan Dashboard, and the Panindigan API.
3.8.03.7.0The version shown here is the version currently in effect. Panindigan records which version you accepted and, when this document changes, asks you to accept the new version before commands unlock again.
1. Acceptance
Panindigan requires that you accept both the current Terms of Service and the current Privacy Policy before any user-initiated command may run. Acceptance is recorded server-side against your authenticated Discord identity, together with the exact document versions you accepted.
Declining either document leaves command access locked. Declining is not a request to delete your account, and it does not partially unlock anything. You may read these documents, open the consent center, and return later to accept. Until both documents are accepted, no command, slash command, button, dashboard test, automation, or API execution proceeds on your behalf.
By accepting, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Panindigan uses Discord OAuth as its only customer identity provider. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, and at least the minimum age required by Discord to hold the account you connect.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by a Discord application you authorize through Panindigan. Panindigan does not store your Discord password and cannot reset it; account recovery is handled by Discord.
You may disconnect Discord at any time from your account security page. Disconnecting revokes Panindigan's stored OAuth token and ends every session. It does not, by itself, delete Panindigan's stored data about you — see the Danger Zone in your account settings for deletion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Panindigan or any Panindigan surface to:
- break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or target any person;
- distribute malware, or use the platform to build or operate malware, spam, phishing kits, or credential stealers;
- evade Discord rate limits, bans, or Panindigan rate limits;
- circumvent entitlement, permission, consent, or quota enforcement;
- scrape, resell, or publicly republish Panindigan data you are not authorised to access;
- use the API to build a competing Panindigan-branded service without written permission;
- interfere with the platform's operation, including through denial-of-service, load generation without agreement, or automated reconnaissance against production endpoints;
- store or process the personal data of others in violation of applicable law.
Servers found violating this section may be removed from the platform and access may be withdrawn. Where the violation is a security or legal risk, Panindigan may suspend access pending review.
4. Servers and authorization
Panindigan acts only on a server where an authorised member has added it and granted it the permissions it needs. The person who adds the bot is the server administrator responsible for that authorization.
Panindigan records an audit entry for sensitive moderation and configuration actions, including who performed them, on which server, and when. Audit entries are retained for security and abuse-handling purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Server administrators are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their community and for the content and members they permit on their server. Panindigan is not responsible for third-party content displayed through Discord.
5. Custom commands and automations
Custom Commands and Automations are user-authored Lua that Panindigan executes inside a sandbox. You are solely responsible for that code. It runs with your server's permissions, and you must not use it to act outside the scope you are authorised for.
The sandbox restricts access to credentials, the network, the filesystem, the database, and Discord internals. Attempts to escape it may cause execution to be terminated and logged. Repeated attempts may lead to suspension of the affected server.
Panindigan's 421 built-in commands are Panindigan-owned TypeScript and are never executed as Lua. Only your Custom Commands and Automations run in the Lua runtime.
6. Paid plans and lifetime entitlements
Panindigan offers free and paid lifetime plans. A lifetime entitlement grants continued access to the features available on that plan while Panindigan operates, with no renewal charge.
Prices and plan contents are configured by Panindigan and shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. A purchase is final once the payment provider confirms it; entitlements are granted only from a verified payment event. Refund terms are published separately in the refund policy.
Panindigan may add, change, or retire features included in a plan. Where a materially valuable capability is removed from a plan you purchased, Panindigan will make a reasonable replacement available or offer a refund pro rata to time.
7. Availability and changes
Panindigan aims to be available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance are published on the status page, which stays reachable even when the main site is unavailable.
Panindigan may modify or discontinue features. Where a change removes a capability you rely on, Panindigan will provide reasonable notice through the changelog or status page. We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panindigan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panindigan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or server activity, arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, Panindigan publishes the new version and effective date at the top of this page, records the change in the changelog, and requires you to accept the new version.
Because the version is versioned and acceptance is recorded, a change to the version number re-locks your command access until you accept it. You will be shown both the old and the new version at the consent center.
Continuing to use Panindigan after the effective date without accepting means commands remain locked until you accept.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through the support center or the contact form. Legal and privacy requests can also be sent using the channels listed on the contact page.
